The MISSION of the Rockford Church of Christ is TWO FOLD:

First, we are a congregation that is a Place of Refuge for the people and community we live is. 

And Second, we are a congregation that cares about GOD'S WORD by "speaking where the Bible speaks and being silent where the Bible is silent."  As New Testament Christians we are commanded by Jesus himself to "Go ye therefore and teach all nations..." (Matthew 28:26, King James Version).
